The CD III is a very high performance Reference CD Transport, built to play redbook CDs without jitter or artifacts. The transport is made by Philips and will provide years of dependable service.

About the Drive

The industry standard tray loading Philips drive mechanism has been highly modified to compliment the performance of our Platinum DAC technology. 

The Outputs

The CD III provides all the normal S/PDIF outputs including optical, coaxial and balanced AES/EBU. In addition a low-jitter MSB Network output is provided for connecting to an MSB DAC.
